Thoughts on 126655 yacht master black dial

Any owners have any words of wisdom regarding this piece? Was looking at either white gold or the rose.

Did you enjoy wearing it?

Would potentially have to trade two pieces (Gmt and wimbledon)

Thoughts?

I recently received the 126655, the Ever rose on oyster flex. One word. SEXY. Honestly, you can see the other watches I own in my sig, but hands down this is my sexiest watch I own. It excudes subtle luxury and class. Supremely comfortable as well with the glidelock oyster flex, the first one I ever had. Obviously I do not know of your lifestyle and fashion but for me, this watch has become a revelation. I just love it. Get it.

I don’t own one, but just wanted to comment that it’s a really fantastic looking watch. Out of my range, but my grail if there was one. Love it

I previously owned the 40mm version and now have the 37mm. I love the dial and bezel along with the oysterflex. Very sporty vibe. I have 6.3" wrist and the oysterflex on the 40mm was uncomfortable but no issues on the smaller version. I say go for it as I assume your wrists are larger than mine

We throw the term "underrated" around a lot, but I honestly think the 126655 (and maybe the entire YM line) is truly an underrated gem.

I think it's dang near as aesthetically pleasing as the universally loved and desired 126515ln oysterflex Daytona. It has great wrist presence.

I'm a GMT freak, so it would be hard to part with a GMT in trade, but regardless, it's a gorgeous reference.

I own the Everose and absolutely love it. Very versatile and just love the look. I own both SS Daytonas, BLNR, Sub, and a few others and the Everose gets a lot of wrist time.

I have the 116655 and love it.
I kind of bought it just to try out the OF and fell in love.
For the RG it’s just the right pop of a colored gold. The OF makes the piece so light (vs my 2 PM full bracelet pieces) , sporty, and perfect for warm weather.

Good luck

I have the 42 White Gold with the Falcon Eye - it is a very beautiful watch and so many people have asked me about it especially with the dial. In the light the dial is just amazing.

I have the everose and really enjoy it. I have also had Datejust 41s (both on oyster and jubilee). The oysterflex bracelet is unique and comfortable, and I like the versatility of the watch overall. I still own a Wimbledon DJ41 but the yachtmaster is my favorite.

Just to comment again. I own all the watches in my sig but the YM gets the most wrist time. It’s a special watch. Looks amazing and is comfy too with the right amount of bling but not over the top. Superb timepiece.

One of my favorites , but I love the Yachtmaster references ( not YM2)
This is so easy to wear and has an understated elegance yet a sports watch ruggedness about it.

It’s a great watch but it depends on what it really means to you. Is it worth the GMT and Wimbledon trade for me? Yes. So you have to ask yourself the same question. Cheers

I got the rose gold 40mm one 10 days ago after I had to part ways with my full YG Daytona (people followed me home and tried to break into my house to steal it).
I really like PM Rolexes but I realise that by walking around with a YG Daytona you are basically a walking target, so the YM felt like a good compromise between having a PM watch and still somehow be under the radar.

I have to admit, there is something about this watch, it's simple yet it has such a cool look without overdoing it, it's sporty it's elegant and luxurious, I even dare to say (and please be kind to me) that this watch somehow gives Patek aquanaut vibes.

As for the trade, if it's a Pepsi on jubilee I'd try and keep that one and do the trade with Wimbledon + the difference in $.
But it's all subjective as that particular GMT is my favourite Rolex so I would probably never trade it for anything, the YM rose gold tho might be my second favourite now.
