Not a very interesting story. In 2021 I was having lunch with my SA and asked if they had any cool Rolex available that fit my preference for professional series Rolex.
He mentioned a few pieces, including the WG Sub had come in and could be made available to me. I went to the AD the next day and the owner, SA and myself worked out a deal. I traded a couple of appreciated SS pieces I had purchased at retail that I had not worn for quite a while to acquire the WG Sub.
