Thanks again guys for all the advice!!!

Quick question, the dude at Mayors told me that Rolex has a very strict policy when it comes to watches purchased through the grey market. He told me that Rolex can track the serial numbers and find out if it was bought through an AD. He says that if Rolex finds out it wasnt bought at a AD (when new)that they wont even service the watch. Is this true or just a bunch of bull junk??

Well done! Your choice is the classic one! Fluted bezel with jubilee the combo thats goes together perfectly. IMO the Smooth bezel goes with oyster and the Fluted goes with the jubilee no ifs ands or buts about it.

I have one that has a similar dial, and I love it. They go with everything, and I you never get tired of the classic look.

Yes, congrats!

Is that an engine turned bezel? Nice, I actualy do not see many of those around. I mostly see fluted or smooth.

That watch should serve you for many years to come.

I am sure this has been discussed elsewhere but I can't seem to find it. Why the continual slams against the AirKing....poor mans Rolex...entry level Rolex? Isn't the 114200 movement used in the Sub...and in other Rolex models?

You might want to try,

https://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=533225

For more discussion on the Rolex Airking, it's a little more up to date than a 12 year old thread

Seybold is notorious for less than reputable dealers, though there are quality people too. Caveat emptor dealing in seybold.

The best part was “or go grey for a discount on the price” things have really changed.
