Actually my wife loves the 5261R and if she gets one says she wouldn't dream or want to swim with it. Incidentally you may have noticed that quite a few collectors don’t ‘get’ (dislike) the Nautilus and my least desirable Patek is the 6300/400G-001. Each to their own… |

There are more elegantly designed dials for a watch but dislike the “ugliest” moniker.
I am not a fan of month & day subdials taking up so much real estate and presenting a rather cluttered motif. Seeing a moonphase at 12 o’clock versus 6 o’clock is unusual. It’s a diverse design and that’s about it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

I actually think the Aquanaut has aged well, there has been a bit of a retro revival over the past few years in fashions and culture generally, which the Aquanaut plays very well to - I believe it is that (not the hype) which is causing members, who dismissed the line 10+ years ago, to come around to the design today.
That being said, I think the dial on this model is particularly poorly executed. The case at least will be stunning of course. The blue is distinctive, but I am not 100% convinced the colour quite works with the gold. For the right person it could be a great watch, I just wouldn’t be able to get over the proportions of the dial elements. |

Moon phase is nice but that cutoff of arabic number at 12 o'clock is horrible.
Why not keep it clean like the date window at 6 o'clock. No arabic number at all. |

I really like this one, size is really for men though the color is more unisex.

Surely the Gondolo line takes that accolade! Don't know what they were smoking in Geneva when they came up with that!

It honestly looks like a canal street mock up to me but that’s the beauty of the hobby..people like what THEY like.
