Advice on buying 16600

Hi folks

I'm currently in the market for a Tritium 16600 and today found an example that I really like, at the price point that fits my budget. It is also a '90 model which is my birthyear -- not that I specifically look for a birthyear watch, but it can be the cherry on the top.

While I think the watch is great, I could use some help from fresh eyes here to see if anything is off especially with condition, authenticity, & originality.

It's watch only, and seller said it's been freshly polished. But I think the case is still good.

The only thing that bothers me slightly is that the text on the caseback has lost its black ink.

Many thanks!
