Yup, need an appointment, just had a great conversation with 3 other guys waiting to pick up watches.

Gobsmacked at how good the GMT looks, more pics when I get home, waiting on an Uber....

The NFC cards are fantastic, move the card over the back of your phone (make sure NFC enabled) and it pulls all the information on your watch including service performed - very solid.

.....associated stuff with the service.

Catalog/magazine and new cards and service pouches.

Awesome! I recently had a great experience with service work as well

Looks like you went the unpolished route? Curious why you feel the watch is like new?

Went unpolished for both.

The Daytona just went for it's first service, it's V-Serial, 2009.

This 1990 E-Serial 16700 GMT had a major overhaul. Dial, hands, crystal, crown, clasp and one link plus full service. I wear my watches and wanted it up to spec and functioning lume.

Hence, it's like a new watch (for me at least).....
