Norbert is a gentleman of a guy....He and Tom both helped me get into my first Rolex back in 2005 and I have gotten to serve Norbert at Mercedes Benz Downtown Calgary as a customer there....Tom also helped me get a Tudor Black Bay back in September 2020

Also found the guys at Chinook super helpful. I was looking at the Explorer one as a potential piece. I told the sales associate that I was interested but due to some transition in my employment, I wouldn't be ready for at least 6-9 months. He still registered my interest. Found them super friendly to deal with.

False. That's too many watches in the case.

They are super friendly but my answer is no, I have not.
I know they had a private viewing so I suspect there were plenty of sales to the high rollers...

I had a buddy just get a call today for a Batman. Told him about the new AD opening back in Feb, so 9 month wait. It was the first piece on his profile. I've been waiting a few weeks earlier for another piece, and still no call. Frequently stop in. Tons of exhibition pieces in there last week when I stopped by.

Everytime I chat with them they continue the "regular shipments", but another friend of mine has been waiting for a different piece just as long. So not sure how "regular", or what they're getting. Typically fairly quiet in the Rolex side, can always have a good chat with one of the SA's.
