I think that looks a bit out of place with a suit or blazer. But that's me. I also would feel a bit funny wearing a watch with Snoopy on the dial. This seems to me that it's a watch for someone with a large collection, or for someone who thinks that it's a future (or current) collectible. If Rolex made a big pile of these, I imagine this would mainly appeal to well off kids.
But that's me. Those who buy it for whatever reason -- I hope they love it! We can't all clamor for the same thing!

They usually look better in person. This one certainly looks, um, memorable.
I thought these were the new hen's teeth. Not all ADs were getting one and those who did were getting just the one. They seem to be popping up everywhere. |

It looks great in real life. I loved it when I saw it in person. I’d buy one if I could get it at retail.

I thought that it was a total clown show when I saw it released in photos only. I saw one at an AD and it is not as bad in person. That said, not for me.
