Yeah, sorry to hear you've experienced so many issues. I purchased a Crofton Hoody last year, but other than that I don't have anything newer than 2018. For the most part I think most manufacturers require you to pay for shipping to get their product to them. I've heard they include shipping in the cost of the repair though. I am somewhat surprised to hear you have a zipper which is messed up, as far as I know that's not a typical issue.
