How to increase wrist size

I’m excited to share a personal journey, one that’s not just about owning a Rolex Sea-Dweller, but also about self-improvement to match its grandeur. I've always admired the robust elegance of the Sea-Dweller, and recently, I’ve been fortunate enough to call one my own. But here’s the thing - my wrist seems too slender for such a thicc watch.

My goal now is to develop my wrist and forearm to give the Sea-Dweller the presence it deserves. I’ve started a dedicated fitness routine focusing on wrist and forearm strength. From weight lifting to grip exercises, I’m committed to making my watch look as perfect on my wrist as it was designed to be. At the same time, I am going to gain 45 lbs at least in order to get my wrist to at least 8 inches.

Acquiring the Sea-Dweller wasn't an overnight affair. It taught me the virtue of patience, something that's often overlooked in our fast-paced world. Waiting for the right moment to get this watch mirrored the meticulous care and patience that go into making every Rolex. Interestingly, the story of how this watch came into my life is a bit unique. It was through my wife's boyfriend, who works as an authorized dealer, that I got introduced to this beauty. He provided invaluable insights into what makes this watch special; making the acquisition of the Sea-Dweller even more special. What fascinates me most about Rolex, and the Sea-Dweller in particular, is the impeccable attention to detail. This has inspired me to be more detail-oriented in my own life. Whether it's in my fitness routine, my professional endeavors, or even in my personal relationships, the precision that goes into every Rolex watch reminds me to uphold the same standard in every aspect of my life.

Now, I turn to you, the community. I'm curious to know if any of you have gone through similar transformations for your watches. Have you ever changed something about yourself to better suit your Rolex? Your stories and advice would be greatly appreciated.

Eager to hear your thoughts and experiences!

Same question here.

Not sure what to make of the post.
Can’t argue against any form of self-improvement.
But I’d rather be wearing a watch than it be wearing me.

I certainly would not gain weight so that I can wear a certain watch. Thats plain unhealthy. I dont care how thin you are. Don't do it.

I'm currently working out my finger to bulk it up for a ring my wife’s husband gave me.

Not sure if this is a real/serious post or not, but; let's assume it is.

Gaining 45lbs may likely:

- Increase your risk for Diabetes
- Increase your risk of Coronary heart disease/Stroke.
- Increase your chances of having Obstructive Sleep Apnea
- Increase your chances of Back problems as you age
- Decrease your life expectancy.

All of these negative health implications, for a Watch?

To answer in a serious way, gaining muscles won't affect your wrist much, as there are no muscles there.

Heavy lifting will eventually make your bones MAYBE slightly bigger, but we're talking years.

2 fastest ways:

1. Get fat
2. Punch a boxing bag

1. Is unhealthy, the second will actually work as you're stressing your wrist, but again, it is questionable if you'll get the results you're looking for.

Actually, wrist curls can make your wrists thicker and forearms, too. More so your forearms, but your wrists will benefit as well. If you do them, you should work out your biceps and triceps to keep everything balanced and proportional. Otherwise, you’ll look silly.

Do a Google search for instructions before doing any sort of workout. There are plenty of videos on YouTube. Do NOT do these exercises without a regular routine in place. Do NOT do these exercises on a daily basis. That can have the opposite effect. It can tear down your muscles.

NOTE: I didn’t read the OP’s entire post and the wife’s boyfriend comment (that some of you refer to) renders this thread as satire. But wrist curls do help.

The wife’s bf is a dead giveaway that this post is satire. A common joke on Reddit.

OP's account must be hacked, doesn't add up. Someone who owns AP's would not write this. And the writing stile is completely off too.

I love how this is mad, but not quite mad enough for people to instantly think "satire".
