Yes, overly polished IMO. What's worse, still, is that it's unevenly polished. Check those lugs out. But I'm picky as hell - *see my signature* :D
Helpful to know what the asking is, and whether it comes as a full set. I wouldn't, however. Plenty of minty "unpolished" examples around. Buyers' market today. Be patient, and buy the best condition example you can afford ~
