Can Anybody Help Identify Vintage Ladies Rolex?

I was at a friends house and saw a vintage ladies Rolex. He wouldn’t let me open it so I dint have calibre numbers..it has a unique bubble/dome crystal that as you can see is very scratched. I has a small second hand and appears to be a manual wind only. Any help in identifying would be awesome. I don’t have a pic of the back but it is gold and plain, no numbers or information.
Thanks everyone.
