Is the bezel on the 5167r removable?

yes bezel is part of middle case............years ago a member wanted to replace his dented bezel PP informed him he would need the entire middle case replaced..........Q comes up is the milled from one piece or is the bezel fused or pressed fit onto the middle case.......when you look at the bezel it sure looks like it not part of the case
