Thanks Phillip. It’s been a wild ride so far. We signed a contract on our new house before we even had our house listed which gave me pause. Then we needed a few weeks to list our place because we needed to get the hardwood floors refinished first (25 years of wear and tear with dogs). Then to get two over asking price offers on day 1, that was shocking to say the least with the current interest rates. Now we just need to get through the home inspection process.
