Tudor Warranty Service
If you get a Tudor watch repaired/ serviced during the warranty period, what kind of paperwork/ explanation does one expect to receive?
The reason I’m asking is because my black bay 58 blue is losing time and has low amplitude and according to the AD, Tudor doesn’t provide any paperwork as to the reason/ fix? Is this standard operating procedure? Thanks |

Tudor Warranty Service
Tudor utilizes a movement exchange model where the movement in the watch being serviced (yours) is replaced with a freshly serviced movement off the shelf. It’s an efficient service model and would make sense they didn’t take time to tell you what was fixed on a movement that would be going back to the shelf.

Thanks…I had read this before and it would make sense that they don’t if this is the case.

As above, my 2018 GMT has had its movement changed twice, I luckily have the email address for the service centre manager in London RSC so asked him what exactly had been changed but he literally said a full movement swap.
