How will the price/value of these two (Hulk, Starbucks Mk2) develop over the next 5y or 10y? I am looking at both comparatively, and while I suspect I'd wear the Starbucks more often, I visually prefer the Hulk (due to the dial, which overpowers the maxi case IMO). I am however considerate of the price both are today, and where their value will be in 5-10 years. Would welcome any opinions from the community here. Happy to start a new thread on this aspect if better to.

Beauty is in the eye of the Beer--Holder. I'm not a fan of the Maxi case and 20mm bracelet. It looks out of proportion. The bright green dial screems Swatch to me, sorry.
The 126610LV on the other hand is of the new bigher style, proportions are perfect and beautiful. The splash of colour in the bezel is just enough to shout special. Yeh, a perfect Submariner! IMHO obviously. |

New version LV for me.
Like the dial of the older version, but not the chunky lugs. |

I own both the Hulk and the Starbucks. I'm particularly fond of the Hulk because of its green bezel, which looks stunning in the sunlight. On the other hand, I prefer the Starbucks for its slimmer design, making it more comfortable to wear. Lately, I find myself wearing the Starbucks much more often than the Hulk.

Honestly, never heard of case size being the reason to eschew the Hulk. Guessing it’s probably people guilefully explaining the inability to procure a Hulk. I prefer the Hulk with the bigger lugs because it’s… the HULK. And once again, until you put them side-by-side, you’re never gonna see the difference; with the green dial being the obvious exception.
As soon as I started hearing a few people crying about the size of the case, I knew that the Hulk with the green dial and discontinuation was bound to be a classic. Alway go opposite of the current sentiment-trend. You truly believe the future LV prices are going to parallel the Hulk? |

Heck, the clasp on the 126610LV is almost bigger than the 116610LV.
Just the clasp on the 126610LV is a "Hulk" on it's own. |

I wish they made a modern Hulk. I have the old one and prefer that dial but like the case and bracelet on the new one better. Maxi case is not for me.

Hulk for the dial
Starbucks for the case.
