Meteroite Pepsi
Meteroite Daytona
5711
5811

Daytona in YG with the true Panda meteorite would be my choice.
The Nautilus line doesn’t work for me and looks outdated.

This Daytona will never go out of styke and can handle anything you throw at it

The Patek is a fine watch, a classic to be sure, but it’s a peculiar case design, in my opinion. Perhaps it’s on everyone’s list because it’s on everyone else’s list…

The only Daytona that appeals to me is the 116520 white dial.

That leaves the Pepsi, and for some reason I don’t love the meteorite dial (what’s wrong with ME??!?!)
I’d take it in WG for sure.

Happy hunting

I don't like the Pepsi bezel with the meteorite dial: I've always felt a plain black (LN) bezel would've looked so much nicer on the GMT.

I do like the WG meteorite Daytona, but I'd want a ceramic bezel on it, so that means a rubber Oysterflex strap...which I don't like.

Of the Pateks I'd go with the 5811 over the 5711 as it's a fraction larger, so on balance, out of those four (none of which are a favourite of mine TBH) I'd go with the 5811.

Meteorite Pepsi with Oyster brushed center link bracelet is my vote. I use the two time zone and date complications multiple times daily, and have no use for chronograph complications.

OK
I am NOT a Daytona guy at all.
I wanted to Pepsi meteorite for a while but recently I just am not feeling it.
Still I love the meteorite dials.
Won't do a meteorite on a DD as I have my DD40 YG with white romans and if I get another DD it will be the Plat 40 Fluted with ice blue diamonds
If I was getting a Daytona Meteorite it would be the 116509 meteorite roman (the red hand really pops!) or the 116505. I really think the Meteorite looks better with RG than YG.
I won't buy a Rolex on the OF, the bracelets are superior in looks, feel and wearability to me.

Meteorite Pepsi would be my pick as it's the most useful and best looking (to me).

Daytona meteorite!

Nautilus line never appealed to me, I think they're ugly looking.

I have a clear bias since I own the non ceramic bezel 116519 and have been a Daytona collector for years. For me this is the perfect meteorite Daytona. Leather strap is super comfortable, gives the watch a classic yet sporty look. IMHO meteorite dial pairs best with white gold and seems to clash with YG. WG stays well below the radar. So with the leather strap and PM watch the WG bezel give it a amazing integrated look that I feels makes it an all time classic. BTW I also have a 116519 Ghost, so I appreciate the ceramic bezel, just not on the meteorite dial. The dial on the metal bezel does not have panda black subdials keeping the face 100% meteorite, which Is very clean and pure. Finally, while a full set, excellent condition example is hard to find, the value/pricing relative to other Rolex meteorite dials is quite favorable.

Not familiar with the 4 digit numbers, so I’ll stick with what I know: meteorite Pepsi on oyster bracelet. I think it calls for the sportier bracelet, since it has an actual meteorite dial. I am nut a big Daytona fan, nor do I have much use for a chrono. My Apple Watch handles any timing duties, usually related to long distance speed walking.

Meteorite pepsi just because the color of the bezel looks fantastic with the “silver” of the meteorite dial

Depends on which configuration Daytona meteorite, but think I'd have to go with the 5811. That blue dial is just too stunning.

I would love a PP 5711 or 5811. Don’t have access or the $$$. An excellent example of modern design by the much respected Genta. The Daytona sits on my wrist very well, so will stick with that……

Meteroite Daytona! Can't be the only one who finds the 5711 / 5811 to be a little borring / basic

Meteorite Daytona for my wife, so 116505 as she loves rose gold.

Meteorite Pepsi for me ... wow!
