Eterna-Matic 2000 CENTENAIRE

Hi
Have enybody knowledge of Eterna watches? I have a Eterna-Matic 2000 CENTENAIRE in 18K gold from 1972. What is the diffrence of Eterna-Matic 2000 and Eterna-Matic 3000? Which type of movement is inside? Thanks
