I live in the south (a small village in the Var).

I'm in other watchforum: Forumamontres.
In French of course and more easy for face to face meeting, trade, beer

Have you soon buy/trade watches on this forum (with US member's) ?

Are you rolex fan ? or/and other brand ?

Ok, my appologize

A great watch, may be a collector in some years
Some time, I'm thinking to trade my black bezel for a LV.

:D should have put 'wrong side of the country to me'
Pyrenees around about 3/4 hours drive from me so more likely to head that way for mountains

No problem.

France is a big country. I’ve lived here for over 34 years now. I’m currently holidaying in Italy (as I often do). The contrasts are staggering.

it has taken some getting used to the extra driving- but at least I am confident I will arrive when I saw rather than delays in the UK.
We have yet to explore Italy much though the kids are very keen

I was just in Marseille a few weeks ago. What a lovely town! Surprise to me, I couldn't find a place that had escargot!

One eats bouillabaisse in Marseille. Escargots are for further north.

Ah ha! I did enjoy a bouillabaisse there (not my first time with the delicious soup). Thanks for the insight. It was a lovely city.
