Folded link jubilee bracelet vs. oval link jubilee bracelet

What is the difference between a folded link jubilee bracelet and an oval link jubilee bracelet? I have an oval link Rolex USA bracelet on my vintage 1603 and I am wondering how it is different from a folded link (Swiss) jubilee? Links? Pens? Rivets?

The folded links are on the outside of the bracelet are essentially pieces of flat steel folded over to create a link.

Do folded links have screws side for removal/sizing?

No, mine does not. It is the original that came with my 6239 circa 1969 when these were not numbered with a model number. It is just stamped Stainless Steel. =) maverick
