Have 8" wrist, what is standard size bracelet??

Two watches at the AD were too tight on the wrist. So, I'm guessing the bracelets are around 7.5 inches.

I measured my wrists at 8" inches.

If you add a link to a GMT II YG, or a DD II YG, how much does this increase the bracelet size?

There is adjustment on them... I have 7.5" wrists and use the second inside micro setting..... so there is still plenty left to go..

But, adding a link is no big deal.........

I have an 8 1/4" to 8 3/8" (depending on the weather) and find standard bracelets way too small. I have three extra links added to my 1987 DJ (22 was standard, now I have 25). My Omega Railmaster required 1 1/2 extra links (I put in two in and removed the 1/2 link it came with). It seems to me that Rolex watches come perfect for about a 7 3/4" wrist. Omegas seem to be a little (not much) more generous. Just my

7.75 wrist size - have to add 2 links to DDII in order to sneak my pinky between my wrist and the bracelet.

GMTIIC - no additional links required, but maxed out micro adjustment and extended easy link.

Same here on my Wrist... 7 3/4'' inches.

On my GMTIIC let out to last micro-adjustment on clasp, and easy link out as well. 13 Links on the GMTIIC bracelet including the easy link.

On my Sub I had to add a whole link, clasp let out to last hole. 14 1/2 links on the Sub bracelet. Not counting the End Links.

If your going to add the links yourself, you might consider picking up a Sea Dweller tool kit. The Screwdriver fits perfectly. Some of the members have said that a 1.6 mm regular flathead will word as well. For micro adjustments to my Sub I use a tooth pic. On my GMTIIC I use a 1.2 mm screwdriver or springbar tool.

Today at the AD I experienced the micro adjustment and extended easy link on a V GMT II. Plenty of extension room for my 8" wrist.

Question: What year did micro adjustment and extended easy link appear on the oyster bracelet? Does one need to get a V to get that bracelet?

It appeared there was a 1/8" adjustment on each end of the DDII bracelet.
That should take it from 7 and 4/8th to 7 and 6/8th if I understand it correctly.
