Pam 312 v PAM 328
Hi All,
Still reading up on my Panerai watches..pardon my noobs questions. From what I can gather, 312 and 328 are essentially the same watch except one comes in a strap and the other comes in the stainless steel braclet. So which is the more economically way to get first the 312 or 328? Also, what is rrp for both? 312 328 |

Always more economical to get the bracelet first...

One thing. How is the bracelet removed? Is it done with the quick change setup or with the screw like on the other strap Luminors?

Thanks for the link, Speed and Mike.
If I'm not wrong, the new quick change is similar to the IWC quick change as well? Superb design in my opinion. |

I have the 328 and love it. I've since purchased the black gator, brown gator and have an order in for a light brown Panerai deployant strap. It's easy to switch between the bracelet and strap. The bracelet goes for $1600 if purchased separately.

Seeing how often I wear my 104 on the 220 bracelet .... I would suggest going for the 328.

I was having the same dilemma. I went with the 328 and LOVE it!! I also got a Ted su dive strap and have a Greg Steven on the way. It's very easy to change. Go with the 328!

I would get the bracelet version first, however, the bracelet version may leave a faint line/mark on the inner part of the lugs and on the body of the watch itself. I find that quite troubling, since sometimes I can see the faint mark when I'm using it with a certain strap...

Can't put my finger on exactly why but I just don't like bracelets on any Panerai. Look much more distinctive on a nice Gator Stap.

I have a 328 and the bracelet hasn't been on it since I bought it. I wanted the option but haven't had the urge
