Best Place/Person to appraise my vintage Datejust

Hi,

I recently got my grandfathers watch back from Rolex service, it is a 1957 solid gold Datejust with leather strap. I am looking to get appraised for insurance purposes. Who/where do you suggest to do the appraisal?

On a side note I was reading in the forums about ownership papers and service papers, all I received back from Rolex was a green card stating the service date model # and serial #, should I have received a detail summary of what was done with the watch?
