My Montblanc Writers edition pens
Mark asked to start a thread on our WE family pens.
Have to oblige, even though I don't collect each and every one of them. My principle of collecting is to have pens I like that I can use at work. Top to bottom - 1993 Imperial Dragon, 2000 Friedrich Schiller, 2003 Jules Verne, 1994 Oscar Wilde, 2009 Thomas Mann, 1996 Alexandre Dumas. Left to right - 1997 Dostoevsky, 2010 Mark Twain, 1999 Marcel Proust, 1993 Agatha Christie. Note that in 1993 they released 2 WE's. Originally they had Agatha Christie but realised that it didn't sell in Asian market because of perception that snakes represent evil, they released the Imperial Dragon specially for Asian markets. |

Thanks Mark. The most frequently used is the Proust - this pen is just beautiful. I also use the Schiller quite frequently, but I like the Verne best, just that the nib is a medium in my example and I am struggling whether I should send it to a nibmeister for a stubbed italic regrind or not.
