I have a pocket dairy which was given to me 30 yrs ago by my wife It is approximately 3"x 4" in size. I have found that Letts of London makes a replacement that fits very well. That looks like a well made cover for a dairy. For pad refills, check with your local bookstore for moleskin pads. I also have a notepad with my Letts dairy. What I like about that size is that you can carry both a notepad and a dairy without cludering your hands. The moleskin pads would fit on the left side with the business cards and the Letts dairy would fit the right side.
