Maddddd!!!!

I have had my GMT Master II approximately 1.5 months and now it doesnt work!!!!
It wont keep a wind - at first I thought I wasnt winding it correct - and every AM it was stopped...I would wind and all good..
Then it wouldnt "start up" after I began winding, etc...I am soooo pissed...
- I bought brand new from an authorized Rolex dealer...

With that said, how to I use my warranty? Do I go to a local Rolex dealer? How long does it take for a turn around???

Thanks all!

If there is a problem, take it back to the AD you purchased it from, and they should make it right!!!!

How many turns of the crown are you doing when winding?

Sorry to hear about your troubles but an RSC should fix this for you since you are still covered by the warranty.

New York or Dallas are the only two Rolex service centers in the USA that your watch would be sent to from your AD.
Turn around time I can't help you with sorry. Maybe another member with a recent service will chime in with a time frame!

I'd be interested to hear the nature of the issue. Can you post their findings (when you have them)?
