Place to find cheap leather strap for my Daytona
Looking to see where I can get a strap and buckle for my Daytona, I was thinking of getting a new watch but maybe this can be a cheaper alternative...
Any suggestions or know if someone is selling one? |

Did you prefer an alligator strap? I would try going to your AD where you purchased the watch and see what they recommend. There are many other ADs that dont sell Rolex but sell cheaper leather straps. Its also up to you if you want to get those straps put in instead.

A friend of mine in Denmark once bought an original croc Rolex band and the Daytona gold buckle (fold-over and with Fliplock). But I must say that it was EXPENSIVE as a spare parts: 25.000 Dkr (about US $ 4,500)!

Sorry, my friend.....but seriously, why on earth would you want to fit a CHEAP strap on a Rolex as prestigious and as beautiful as a Daytona?

FYI, I tried to get the alligator strap that's made for the white gold Daytona, so I could fit it to my SS Daytona and the AD said that there are differences in the two cases that prevent it from working. That's the only way I'd go with a strap rather than the braclet... I figured if a strap was good enough that that Daytona it would be good enough from my SS....
But you're right JJ, the braclet is BEAUTIFUL!!!!!! Oh well.... |

If you have a real Daytona, why would you want to put a "cheap" strap on it?
