A few pics of my new Bulova Precisionist
I've been reading about these and the movement got me interested. Seems like a few others on TRF have one as well and are happy with theirs. I decided to give it a shot and order one. Here's a few pics of mine that showed up yesterday. Model 97B110 Bulova Precisionist Longwood in rose gold. The clasp is taking awhile to get used to but it's getting easier and faster to close. I think it might be a hair big for my wrist the way the band/lugs are set up but I think I can get used to it. The band might need to break in as well.

I've seen these at Macy's but have never tried one on. The watch looks nice and the NSX looks nice

Thanks guys for the compliments. I've been wearing the Bulova a few days now and the band is starting to break in a little. That dial is sort of an iridescent brown in daylight. Really a cool effect. The smooth sweeping second hand is not getting old either. I'm still checking time and then realizing I didn't actually look to see what time it was. I'm very happy with the watch so far and can safely give it a thumbs up

This is the quartz movement that I'm most interested in...sweeping quartz is a winner! If they made a solar version, I'd be sold, because I don't want to have to worry about the battery life. I also think they could use some more attractive case designs, but I will say that yours is actually one of the nicer ones I've seen. Enjoy!

FNSX...
Congrats on your Precisionist. And, thank you for nudging me to give mine some wrist time. Was doing a search to see if anyone had a post on it. Purchased mine from Macy's around Christmas 2010. |

In six weeks, you will be working that double deployment in your sleep. They do take some time getting used to.
Nice piece!
