Icon20 Antique Small Pocket watch

Hi can anyone offer me any information on this little antique Rolex pocket watch, its 18 ct Gold, it still runs and keeps perfect time although the second hand is missing, its very slim and smaller than a normal pocket watch the winder is not origional, any ideas how old it is or where its from? it has 15 rubies and the number inside is 1002982 ( or 32) and underneath 1283 or 1233 Im not sure, the numbers are very small.
I have pictures posted.
thank you.
