OPINIONS NEEDED: Rolex Copper Anchor 200m/660ft
So I kind of need some help to identify whether the below anchor without the rope is an absolute original Rolex Copper 200m/660ft Anchor. The pictures really show the difference in color. The one without the rope looks like it could have been a Gold anchor with the gold color really faded off and weathered and it seems to me you can really see the stainless steel underneath. There are some parts still retaining some of the gold color but I am just not sure. The one with the rope is undoubtly a true copper anchor though. I am almost certain that the one in question is an original gold anchor that belonged to a 1680/8 and not a true copper anchor. I would like to hear all of your opinions on this.
