IDing a Tudor MilSub 94010
Hi all,
I've been a lurker on the site for almost a year now and decided it's time to start contributing where I can. Mostly, I find that I just have lots of questions and everyone here is so knowledgable. Here's one of the questions: How can you accurately identify a legitimate Tudor MilSub? I've been told that unlike the Rolex MilSubs, which have strict and mostly accurate records attached to their provenance, the Tudors have nothing of the sort. Is it true that people stamp the case backs to look like Tudor MilSubs and slap them on regular old Tudor Subs? Here's one that I've seen on eBay for what feels like a decade: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Rare-Rolex-T...-/380440464024 I'm probably not in the market for one, but I am curious about how they're identified. Thanks, Jeff |

Thought I'd bump this now after a great Rolex milsub story. Anyone have any guidance? Thanks in advance.
