Regarding Greekbum and Jed's replies, NOS mint condition $10,000 and up 5513's would be very rare. This would be more in line with auction house sales and some of the high-end dealers. And yes, there are many factors to consider, as far as warranty papers go, an expired warranty paper is a warranty paper and if someone wants to pay more for "punched papers" that is the buyer's prerogative. Personally, it wouldn't matter either way to me. In general terms, $8000 is substantial to pay for a nice complete 5513 from the 1970's based on asking prices and selling prices. Mint, untouched etc. - maybe $10,000, maybe $15,000 - only the buyer and sellers know for sure.
I would sure like to see some pics of this $10,000 5513 for sale, along with all it's accessories/extras.
