Seiko repair in NYC?

Greetings all.

Looking for a place in NYC where I can bring my beloved OM for what I hope will be a cheap and easy repair.

I was recently on vacation when I dropped my favorite beater on the floor. I'm not exactly sure what the problem is, but everytime the second hand tries to pass over the minute hand, it appears to get stuck. If I give the watch a slight tap, the second hand will pass over the minute hand, but gets stuck again after it makes a full rotation.

If I had to guess, I think one of the hands became dislodged/bent when I dropped the watch, and it's rubbing up against the other when the second hand tries to pass the minute hand.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance and Happy New Year.
