vintage 3133 rose finish bubbleback help needed

I inherited a vintage (serial #301xxx so mid '40s?) oyster perpetual bubbleback case #3133, rose finish.

The watch lacks the crown (apparently only the crown, it has tube). My local watch repairman (Phoenix AZ) has no luck/interest in finding an original crown. I've been looking without much success.

The watch repairman says the info I need to find the proper crown is:
rose finish
bubbleback
7mm
case # 3133
crown (no stem)

While searching/researching online I've seen NOS rolex crown/tube packets with part numbers like:
242; 24-7000
242; 24-7030-8
242; 24-8000

I have no idea how to determine/translate which NOS part number would be appropriate for my watch. Web searches have been no help. Is there some reference online with this info?

Any help would be appreciated, including suggestions of people who could find an original crown and do the repair and servicing.

Thanks!

I would start off by contacting Mr. Bob Ridley at Watchmakers International, as he has access to older Rolex parts. Also, posting pictures would be helpful.

Thanks for the welcome, and the lead on parts!

Pics will follow when I get the watch back from the local repairman. I should have taken pics before dropping it off. Live and learn...
