Hello Rolex Forum
Hi everyone,
I hope that you are all well, and ready for a nice relaxing weekend. My name is Mitchell and I'm from NSW Australia. Thought I'd join and introduce myself, plus show you a couple photos to get me started. My fascination with luxury goods started when I was quite young, my step father loved antiques (antique anything), as such, I spent a lot of time in stores surrounded by all types of quality antiques. I always remember loving watches of all types, but it wasn't until I was in Switzerland that I really started to appreciate luxury Swiss watches. My first quality (some people might not agree, and that's okay) was a TAG Heuer Carrera Cal16 daydate. My fascination continued with two Aquaracers. I recently sold all three of my TAG Heuers. I was recently in the Czech Republic, when checking into my hotel in Prague, I noticed a Rolex AD just on the other side of the road. The young lady was absolutely lovely and very patient with me, I walked out with my dream piece, the classic Submariner, but with the new Ceramic bezel insert. I also recently bought another lovely piece which I've had a soft spot for over the past few years, the Seamaster Professional, with Co-axial 2500 movement (this one doesn't have Ceramic bezel). This one has the blue bezel and wave dial, which is my preferred colour. Anyway, thank you for reading and I hope to chat soon |
