Your description alone tells me it's a fake!!!

Pictures would help a great deal, however I'm not convinced!!!

Should there be a minimum post count before they can post in this forum?

Where does the inscription "winner" come from?
Probably a dumb question , but i see those things come by every now And then On several places and i wonder why they keep trying to sell those..
If it is so obviously fake...

Not at all.. 18k stainless is obviously a hi fi grade of stainless that this beauty of a watch must have been blessed with.. :)

Part of the prize for winning the Rolex 24 Hours at Daytona is an engraved Daytona for each driver.

Apparently the 1992 race had several thousand winners, judging from the number of fakes floating around with that caseback. Including some, like this one, which spelled "at" wrong

Oké , thanx !
I thought something like that, just didn't know for sure.
But is this still happening, that with every 24h daytona race, drivers get this kind of watch?

Because then there are a lot of Watches out there, just like the fakes..

Oh, yes. There was a story going around recently about how one of this year's winners took his new Daytona into an AD in another city to get the bracelet sized, and the guy behind the counter said "that's a fake!"
