Service/Repair Buffalo NY

Hi All, I'm a newbee to asking questions here,, usaully just reading the posts.

I have a Yacht Master and its starting to loose time and seems to stop after about 8 hours of being on my dresser at night... I bought it used and do not know when it was ever serviced so I'm looking for a good watch service providing near Buffalo NY or should I send it into Time care...

Who would you recommend?????

Thanks

Have you wound it completely..

It is not unusual for a mechanical watch to run down to only about 8 hours of wind (power reserve) after a week or two if you are not active..

If it needs a service there are plenty of good watchmakers in the New York area including the main Rolex Service Center... no real need to mail it all around the country...

Myself and many others send our watches to Jesse Hueg in Albany. He does good work and a registered package will make it to him in a couple of days from Buffalo. www.jhfinewatches.com

Reeds-Jenss in Amherst has a Rolex certified watch maker on site. They are the only Rolex AD in Buffalo. They are about 15 minutes from the city of Buffalo. They are on Maple Rd.

it would be much closer for him to drive over to the Toronto RSC, great service!

X2, nyc is 6+ hrs from buffalo without traffic. Personally, I'd send it to an independent like Rikki. You'll save money and get fantastic service.
