A blurry picture of a fake? Im by no means an expert, but I've never seen anything like that. The bracelet may be legit, but I have never seen an exhibition back vintage Rolex.

Definitely not a rolex on it's original form it looks like a pocket watch movement, maybe re-cased, but I am not saying its a Rolex pocket watch movement
