Saw these at an AD today!
Stopped by a local AD today thinking of this poll i couldn't resist taking these pics.
I cant stand the PCL on the GMT but i love the watch! Am i correct that the lugs on the new Sub C are wider than the GMT's? I have to say if it were me and I had the bread at this time... i might go with the GMT and just have the center links brushed... but for the money i might be able to find a nice vintage Maxi 5513 too... ;)

I don't like the PCL either on the SS GMTc but I prefer the TT models of both anyway and would get the PCL's taken out if I had the GMTc. No winner here really as both are great watches.

If it were the sub C it'd have to be the ND for me. GMT only the blublk.
And out of the two this one for sure.....haven't taken it off since I picked it up.

The GMT is as water resistant as anyone could really need, so the GMT seems more logical...

GMT brushed would be my one watch choice. I ended up getting the two watches in your last pic and am very pleased with both.

From these two choices, i would go with the SUB coz i like the blue lume. But from those three pics, i love to have that green sub :). All are great watches btw.

Depends...if you travel, the GMT is the way to go. Love mine but agree with others in that I really don't like the PCL's.

The GMT IIC is the best modern Rolex tool watch IMHO! |

Too many " sub only" people here. The GMT has more complication, wider appeal, dressier when needed, and is more comfortable. Look even the sales lady has her damn hands all over the sub, modeling it, as to say " buy this one"
GMT for me.

Why does your bracelet look like its about to bust near the case? That's not normal. Way too much space between those links.

I chose the SubC just because of the glidelock clasp and I don't like PCLs on my SS watches.
Now If the other choice was a 16710 or older model GMT, then it would be GMT hands down. |
