£25,000 lady date just 42 diamonds 4 rubies 18k gold. 79068?

Hi,can anybody give me any info on a lady datejust.It has 42 diamonds 4 rubies and 18k gold(president bracelet).I have a rolex cataloge that has this as 79068 but i cant find any info on a 79068.I have been told this watch could be worth £25,000,the seller wants £12,000.she has a reciept(not fake).

Welcome to TRF. Do you have any pics of the watch? Do you know the serial number to determine the date? Is the ice original to the watch or aftermarket? That will affect the price considerably.

Hi,yes i have pics,i will try and add them today.I found a website that has a 79068 and many other models as being 1999-08.will try and find out about ice and ask her if she can remove the bracelet for serial number.

32 factory original diamonds (not 42..?)and 4 rubies.

I see the pound sign and I do not believe my eyes...she wants 12.000 pounds..? (24.000 dollars?)
Man ...I can buy BRAND NEW MASTERPIECE with large ICE in the bezel for 10k pounds

Price that I would pay (maybe) with box and all papers in mint condition $7.500.US (4.000 GB pounds)
Market is very soft for used ladies Rolex with diamond goods.
Anything above 7k (dollars) is TOO much.
