Probably not with the existing movement due to dial real estate issues.

I was interested in this too, and was holding out for a bit before buying the ROC to see if they would release one. After speaking to quite a few people who are very knowledgeable about AP, seems like that dual time isn't going to be re-released anytime soon :(
