They grey 44mm is very nice, but we know the 44mm line is already very nice, we just hoped for something a bit special in the 42mms.
And who's this Ron Jeremy chap? I haven't seen any of his movies... |

Anyone care to make an educated guess on the price of the grey ceramic 44 chrono?

>>OFFICIAL FROM SIHH (at least my AD who met with AP there earlier)<<
44mm Grey Ceramic - $36,900 MSRP. Not as bad as I thought it might be...now waiting 9 months for them to show up |

Interesting to see its right in line with the FC price. I like FC as a case material over cermamic but I do like the gray dial more. its going to be a looooooong 9 month wait for these to hit the stores.
Do you know if its boutique only or normal production? |

My guess is that at that price it will be boutique only. Part of the difference between the pricing on the 44 Ceramic and the Diver Ceramic was to take into account that the diver would not be discounted (since it was boutique only). With the Diver now at $23,800, $36,900 seems about right for a non-discounted price. Of course, I would be very happy if I was wrong. |

does boutique only practically translate to full list with no discount?
is this what happened and is happening with the orange diver? also is the all black ceramic case and bezel 44 chronograph a boutique only piece? will the white ceramic chrono be boutique only AND limited? 41.7 is a bummer that is Schumi Ti LE money and more importantly a platinum lange or annual calendar patek budget |

That was my experience with the Orange Diver, though pricing can vary slightly depending on taxes and FX rate. Black ceramic 44 is not boutique only (hence the 41k price tag). Pricing of the white seems to indicate that it will not be boutique only. |

sometimes, with boutique only, if you can't get out of sales tax, you might as well find a country where the dollar exchange is favorable, get a no foreign transaction credit card and purchase (that is...if you're already going there anyway...) back to the new pieces...the Doha LE is the winner and it wasn't even part of the SIHH batch. |

Well aren't we all excited for watches we won't see until Summer/Fall
That grey 44mm I'm told is going to be extremely limited in 2014. And Doha was not part of SIHH, because it was announced before SIHH. And yes Jason, it's a killer looking piece IMHO. I smell an incoming from the OC area...better hurry only 100 available. |

What am I missing here? Is the 44mm black ceramic not identical to the 44mm FC other than case material? Dial looks the same to my eye...

1. "original" carbon case with black ceramic, this was 2012? or 2011? 2. all ceramic case and bezel, same dial as above 3. all ceramic case and bezel, but new dial for 2014 to me this is definitely the best 44 black themed i apologize if this is trivial and i misunderstood you |

The light tachymeter makes most difference between new ceramic/anthracite and carbon/ceramic models.
Agree with boursachi, best black themed 44mm... There is good pic by watchinsider... |
