Ladies Rolex looks to be 1930's

Hello, my mum has a watch that we just discovered is a rolex. It was her mother's and we always assumed it was nothing special. It doesn't have Rolex written on the face or back and it was only when I opened the back to look at the mechanism that we realised it was a Rolex. It appears to be 18k white gold. I was wondering if anyone has seen this model before and if the stones on the bracelet and watch case are diamonds? Anyway, any information or advice would be most welcome. I can take more pictures if necessary. Thank you and kind regards, Stephen.
