Rolex 116200

Guys n Girls

Looking at getting them misses a rolex for her 25th b.day

popped into WOS today and didn't realise how hard it can be to buy something that has choices all the watches i've bought have been ones i like straight off the counter kinda thing...

anyway, thinking of getting her the Rolex Datejust 116200 with oyster bracelet (yes i know its a mid size but i like the bigger watches on girls now) but the next problem is the face, looking at the new catalogue i have infront of me it comes with just plain markers but i like the roman or numbers on a white face.

Can anyone on here assist with a picture of that selection?

Would be very much appreciated, then the next task is to source one with some discount, WOS reckon that they are easily available so im guessing there must be some movement on the price

IMHO The Romans are the most beautiful. Myself I would love a new DJ with black roman face.

A 116200 is not a mid size but a full size Datejust. I'm thinking of getting one myself. I'd like to see all the new dials too. I'd have thought that WOS would have a master book with all the dials in it. Ask to see one. That's a beautiful white Roman dial above. Something to bear in mind is that the Roman dials aren't luminous. I liked the silver with stick hands and batons on the older model Datejusts but haven't seen it on the latest models.

thats exactly what im going to get her (i think)
found one on USA ebay last night 4250 USD - not too bad
surely over here in the uk some deals must be going around

i know what you mean about it not being a mid size but it is smaller then the daytona which she trys on every once in a while and that looks too big so this should be right at 34mm

thanks for the pics and comments

I like the look of Zilla99's DJ, I have seen it with a jubilee bracelet and that is high on my wishlist. But, unless you know she like big watches I would get a midsize DJ for her.

KCMO (Karis) just posted a thread about what DJ to choose. I adviced her to get the 116200 with a blue face, but you would also never go wrong with the classic silver dial:

My wife and I just got a ladies ss DJ with white MOP dial with roman numbers she loves it, I got the mens with Rhodium dial with 10 diamonds and both with WG fluted bezel. You can never go wrong with a MOP dial for the ladies.
