Yes John, correct, this is lamb. We do prepare it normally for the Greek Orthodox Easter along with the "kokoretsi" next to it.

We shall do it again, this coming Sunday, which is Easter Sunday for us.

But you can find it daily in all tavernas and is "home made" for every important celebration.
