Sub 16610LV bezel

Will a black bezel insert from a 16610 Sub Date fit on a 16610LV bezel? I love the maxi dial. I can get a black bezel insert right from rolex , NOT the cheapo after market crap from e-bay!)

TIA

I think the black bezel is a get look.

To get a maxi dial Sub, it makes a lot more sense to get the LV and change the insert than to get the standard Sub and change the dial..

Yup, plus, somehow I think putting a black bezel on an LV is not bad, because the LV is a Sub and your not pretending it is something it isn't. However, the other way around, an LV bezel on a regular Sub seems sacriligous, because a not all subs are LVs. Does that make sense to anyone else?

Jocke did something like this. He bought a Maxi LV dial for his regular SS Sub Date (with lug holes, though) and also added an LV bezel to it.

That's how it is done in Sweden.
