Patek pocket watch - unique dial




While doing a free appraisal event, I came cross this pocket watch - its marked Patek Philippe on the inner case; however, these are the only two shots I could get. So the story goes, the Great-granddad Turner special ordered this for his wife directly from patek.

Anyone seen such a unique dial?
