Hey Dan,
When I first got the clock back it would run 8 days, no problem. Although Chelsea recommends winding every 7 days. I received a response last night from someone working from home as the office was closed. "Hello Tim You may send the clock back to us as you have done before but this time please include a copy of the pack slip you received back with it along with a brief note as to the problem you are having. We will correct the issue under the 2 year repair warranty and return it to you as soon as possible. Our offices are closed for the long holiday weekend and your email has been answered from a home office location. Our regular business hours are Monday – Thursday 9 am – 5 pm and Friday 9 am – 4:30 pm Eastern Time. Thank You" That's what I call service!
