Springbars and their uses on Holes/No Holes cases
Hi everyone, I'm considering either an Explorer II 16570 or a GMT Master II 16710.
I'm leaning towards a holes case so that I can't change out straps (Nato or leather) easily. If I got a no holes case, I know it's better to get shoulderless springbars (that must be cut to remove) due to them being more secure than the original springbars that come with the no holes case. My question is... Would I be able to buy a pair from an AD and what is the actual size of the shoulderless springbars that would be required? I think Otto Frei is the best place to pick them up online, is that right? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Just use the original supplied Rolex spring bars in the no hole case and a Bergeon 6767-F spring bar tool. You will be fine.
