It's almost certainly someone who's using that for the name of their hotspot. I think I'm going to change mine to something UK appropriate along these lines now.

Where I used to work, we would go to a trade show every year where all of our salespeople attended and do "laptop tuneups" in the hotel room.

We named our Hotspot "Hilton VIP" just to piss off the other guests.

I have to think its a joke username...Id like to think that the FBI is smart enough, and realizes that wifi usernames get listed, and would be a little more descreet than that if investigating. But with a username like that it will definitely detour a lot of people tryin to piggyback free internet.

Maybe the FBI are being really smart, knowing that no one would believe they'd name their network in that manner.
